Missy wanted me to post this one. She said Eric would appreciate it. Anyway, we decided to leave a day early for the cruise & drive half way. As we passed through Wytheville, VA, I noticed that the price of gas had dropped below $3 a gallon. Missy said we'd better stop because she'd heard that gas was really expensive in NC. She was right... by the time we hit the Charlotte area, gas was back up to $3.05.We are spending the night near the Charlotte airport tonight before heading to Charleston, SC in the morning. I promise more interesting updates Sunday night or Monday morning.
